These are our shared expectations. Every family upholds them — not just for your own children, but for the community.
Food & Eating
1No eating in classrooms. All food stays in the fellowship hall.
2Clean up where you ate. Each family clears their own table and floor area before leaving.
3Help with the food table area. One designated volunteer is in charge — follow their lead when clearing the food table.
4Finish what you serve yourself. If you're not sure you'll finish it, don't take as much. If you can't finish it, find a sibling who will — food does not go in the trash from your plate.
5Children under 10 must have a helper at the food table. A sibling or community member age 13 or older must help them serve. Helpers are responsible for keeping portions reasonable — remember, that child has to finish what's on their plate.
Classrooms & Space
6Classrooms reset by 2:00 PM. Every classroom must be set exactly to the posted example configuration before you leave.
7No rough housing inside. Running and rough play stays outside.
Exception: One designated room remains open for children to play in until all volunteers are finished. Watch for the sign on the door.
Children & Community
8All Parents Take Responsibility for Enforcing ROE and Redirecting Children. If a child not your own needs correction, remind them of the rules and escalate to their parents if needed.
9Every parent upholds the standard. When we hold each other's children to our shared standard, we are raising a community together — not overstepping.
10Fathers lead. Set the standard. Enforce it with charity. Model for every child what a man of God looks like.
